l was disappointed that the experts made no attempt to extrapolate a high and low valuation bases on recent changes and anticipated changes in asset valuations, tennancy and rent rates.
Surely EPN are more forward looking and have projected valuations, otherwise they would not make the bid.
in order to get them to increase the bid there needs to be some projected value that we can all get a handle on.
