Looks like the Independent Expert does not consider the RMS original offer as wildly undervalued as claimed by some.
It is clear that RMS would have been paying overs if they went ahead with the cash component.
The Independent Expert values Explaurum Shares – before taking into account potential value enhancements from the Mace Discovery or from operating and capital cost optimisations – at between 10.4 – 14.3 cents1 and the value of the Ramelius Offer in the range of 9.5 – 12.5 cents. Further information regarding the Mace Discovery is expected to be provided later this week.
