SA minister Gwede Mantashe on May 24,2018 says " Use it or Lose it " , so all miners have to pro actively explore, define resources and start mining or risk losing their assets to Govt , if they put it on care & maintenance and take life easy in general.
Good for us , this is going to help a lot in getting things moving faster. KITA for all gold miners in South Africa as they say, LOLZ
