No, the WMM will be full by the time HT ore ever sees the light of day. Plus even if there was excess capacity at White Mesa, one of the other uranium companies could take up that capacity before HT ore was mined.
So Grant and BUC, White Mesa mill is out. Where will HT ore be milled?
