it is the final nail in the 'diverging' issue. it reads to me that the Scrivens group retains the patents and BLR receives the machines in exchange for all the money BLR invested in the JV. The JV has now broken up.

Now the Scriven group is free to do whatever they wish to do and BLR has the ability to use the patented technology for a period of time.

As for being in the game, BLR has no money to be in the game as per the quarterly releases and accountant comments.
