    Just wondering what is purpose of issuing the Appendix 3 B at this time of the year.
    Is it mandatory due to changes occurred to the management or forfeiting of the right issues by employees (leaving)
    Is it precusor to issuing of  61 million shares (max) to suitable strategic partner(s) to advance JB and SDV
    If it is latter, it need to be a massive premium to the current suppressed SP.
