It will gap up in coming days. It's similar to 1.9-2 cents. Once the storm is gone, investor/insto will try to get some position. The recent buy is not from day trader. It's well calculated. From end of July, the volume average is around 20+M.
Just checkout AOK trading pattern, SP was going from 11 cent to 16.5 cent in end of 2012. Then, SP was moving to 19 cents. Finally, it moved to 27.5 cents or higher in coming days.
