The company that wrote that report a number of years ago ran a report for Becton a Melbourne property developer, it was interesting to see the massive multiples above the then share price that was given to Becton. As each report came out the share price of Becton kept falling , it would have been funny except a mate and I had invested a good bit in Becton.
One other thing it seems the report shows revenue coming in for the first 3 Birch wells , all good, however that revenue initially goes directly back into paying for those wells CAPEX and it is not shown in the report from what I could see, welcome to be corrected .
