If you go back to the covering ASX announcement by MYG it clearly states that the Strachan research report is a "commissioned research report" ie paid for by MYG.
The use of the word "independent" in the announcement refers solely to Strachan as an "indepent analyst".
I have no problems whatsoever with the Company's disclosure for this report.
