It was a 2003 BFS at prices similar to what they are today but significantly inflated capex and opex. You're right when you say "metrics have completely changed in every way" because they have! They didn't proceed because the NPV was $15mill PRE-TAX! The only saving grace here is the mine life increase or some ambitious outlook on metal pricing.
