    re: Ann: Independent review of permit confirm... Kingrose. The release dated 2nd Nov stated that 'the next announcement will be to confirm the well performance results and the final well status.

    That announcement never happened. Well Performance was never reported on. Hence without doubt oil did not flow to surface as such an event would have been reported 'in Bold'. Dont you think? DYOR
