I agree with your sentiment Willius.
Torian needs to recapitalise in order to put their strategy into place.
The last placement was small, Directors were conscious of dilution issues. That is all well and good but they are now cutting it fine imo
As I read it a placement cant be done until after the AGM when placement facility is refreshed.
Between now and then some sort of J/V announcement (hopefully involving some cash component) would be a bonus.
The ground is 1st class, the strategy is in place. What Torian needs now is the $$$ to implement their strategy.
