re: Ann: Independent review upgrades Block 31... Resource estimates are largely irrelevant imo. Flowrates pay the bills , not 'resource estimates'. Any potential farminee will surely 'bend over' JPR given the hopeless flowrates and high cost of drilling. Perhaps JPR may end up with 20% free carried? If they can find a farminee at all , thats my take.
