re: Ann: Independent review upgrades Block 31... It could take less than 6 months to pay back the cost of drilling each well.
Limiting the number of wells to 7 or so and arguing that it will take "circa 80 years" to drain the reserves is not a realistic assumption.
If you have the production with reasonable flow rates, funding is not a problem.
