Agreed Pluckster - I calculate at about 3c or there abouts (running off the low estimate - with a 21% discount), so it seems the current offer is undervalued.

(NOTE: these were very quick calculations)

Not sure what our Board are doing here, its time to PULL THE FINGER OUT and get some work done on the ground - been procrastinating now for 4 years...

Bloody hopeless - sack the lot.
