At the end of the second quarter they had built up an inventory capable of handling proposed expansion.
With the situation at present if it has affected that proposed expansion then inventory expansion would have stopped for sure.
Even replacement of inventory may have stopped in the meantime due to lockdowns of facilities.
So its possible the manufacturing costs are going to be more like Q1 and maybe not even that if things are shut.
