I do analyse the announcement on their merit.

I am a holder just like you, but not happy with the way things are - specially the content of announcement.

I would love to see results of secured deals and some numbers on sales data and who are buying our kits.
And this announcement of a small study of 24 cases - for validity of any study you need a decent sample size and a small sample sizes cannot validate if the results happened because of chance or not.... Its a key concept of trials and statistical data analysis. sample size is important if not most important thing in statistical analysis.
