Hi Phillit a common mistake of getting markup vs margin mixed up.
Dunover is correct 70% margin on $1M stock = $3.3M sales = $2.3M profit (just to clarify this is Gross Profit not Net Profit)
Micc is incorrect as it would take $12m in sales to breakeven not $10m once you adjust for R&D one off and the high fixed operating and admin costs are simply too high especially wages plus on costs.
