I was thinking the discount rate would come down further and that would be more of a driver to get to around 15.5 cents.

The fact that 19% was used in some ways was kind of frustrating because we could have been had a larger NTA uplift right now. Yet overall I am very pleased and perhaps next year they may decide to lower the discount rate further. So today's revised NTA still looks very conservative.

Have no idea if the shares will react though but not overly fussed as I want to remain in this for quite some time until they restructure the way the company reports.
