    Same here Gooch26, I expected either a kind of plateau or moderately negative valuation
    with the interest rate rises and also the flooding over the last year and a bit, when most other
    regions have had fair to good seasons, we couldn't seem to take a trick, did our valuations just
    go up because most other agricultural land has gone up, is there a reason to be sceptical of
    this 10% increase on top of all the other increases over the last few years? when we cant
    make money from the land

    How could this news be seen as bad for someone to sell down to $1.31 when buyers were
    6 or 7 cents higher, lowest seller was at $1.45 just doesnt make sence, anyway grabbed
    another 5k...if the valuations are accurate...this is getting ridiculously cheap

    It also seems that we are just clients now and being a listed farm can be challenging, I suppose
    that why we are trading now at over 50% discount to nta...go figure
