are you still buying here around $2.07? with NTA at $3 this is like buying a house thats worth $300,000 for $207,000, easy money, and when they finally stop all the capex on the macadamias, our gearing will drop in 2025 and when they sell off more assets at book value that will reduce our debt even more , and if interest rates stay high, they can just charge more rent to offset this, they said this in one of the recent newsletters.
