cheers yes I did forget stamp duty. I remember including it in my head back in the day. so that would come out.
I left out the $20 million TOT got from the sale of 50% of PMG too though so that would be added pro-forma liquid assets from back then.
Exactly just sit on cash while interest rates rise and wait for the bargains to show up. They did mobs like Porter Davis went into liquidation...
Big questionmarks over what motivated these guys to push this deal onto shareholders.
