Maybe the $1.37 would be high. Going back to the HY21 ended 31 December 2021 accounts the NTA was quoted at $1.26.
That included a "$23.9 million fair value gain on TOT’s investment in the ASX listed real estate fund IAP."
The gain on ASX listed real estate fund IAP ended up being 40 million which is an additional $16 million increment on that or about 11.5 cents per share. The profit on PMG was NZ$4.5 million or lets say A$4 million conservatively.
All told an extra $20 onto pre tax NTA. That would take the NTA pre tax to $1.41.
Lets assume $13 million tax all told on the transactions which would have the NTA at $1.315.
Happy to take on board anything that may have been missed. Entirely possible. I don't intend to lie or make false representations though.
