Excellent news!
NTA down to 90c as expected (I subtract div from dec NTA) with a cap rate similar to CLW office holdings.
Current discount to NTA is still 24% after revaluation!
The lower vacancy rate (from 91% to 94.2%)might allow TOT to maintain the div at 6cps even though I would have preferred lower div to reduce debts. I guess their goal is to return the franking credits ASAP in case the law changes.
