So do I - but their revised weighted avg cap rate is in line with peers (for example Dexus yesterday at 5.21% vs TOT at 5.33% and TOT has longer WALE and higher occupancy %) and at 31 Dec TOT did have $4m of cash available (factoring in the distributions made since) so they have a bit of buffer
I agree with the maths that people in this thread have laid out, and agree that maintaining 6cps will be really challenging, but can't help but to think it would be extremely foolish of them to reaffirm guidance on 3 July and then walk it back just 6 weeks later. Also the RBA hasn't hiked in that time period, so its not like there have been negative shocks.
