They will be forced to moderate in FY24 in my opinion... or they will be paying out >100% of FFO.
Hard to see any catalyst for a re-rating.... unless another Fundie is keen on a takeover, but this would just get blocked by TGP anyway.
Maybe there will be a forced acqusition of the Cremorne site for a Metro project? That would be nice!
