Under what situations would Fund Managers consider a reduction in mgmt fees? We have performance fees... why not UNDERperformance penalties?
Cut the mgmt fee to 0.2% (cost recovery only) for FY24 and FY25. To apologise to your shareholders for such a dog of 18 months.
They have grabbed the money and run following the sale of Irongate? But NO.... buy the assets at 4.5% cap rate! 4.5%!!!! Bwwwuhahaha...
Can we see some 'mea culpa' in the presentation.... instead of just more hubris and self-promotion?!
