Still feel best case scenario right now is either the REIT gets taken out at nearer to NTA or interest rates demonstrate that they have peaked soon providing relief to the downward share price pressure.
After such an impressive move to invest in Irongate, their remains a question mark over the integrity of management as regards to acquiring the three properties when the deal gave them the option to back out and all indications were clear that they should do so. .
