IMO, J Jones selling shares was a bit of an non issue. I was more concerned with timely disclosure and the fact that we have not had an update on the slippage issue.

J Jones being involved in the exploration is no unusual, he has prospecting experience. It's a new target close to the existing mine which if it contains an economic amount of ore is great. Keep in mind that with the plant in place smaller deposits can be viable and add to the LOM

If I recall correctly the secretary is now also handling the CFO work, so she would have a fair bit on her plate and hence why the quarterly is not out yet.
