I have already posted the relevant ann regarding the $10m.... to which you did not reply.... dont talk rott.
In regards to SP3 "knowing" it was positive... the writing was on the wall.... even management stated numerous times they were also positive, hence most LT holders were also POSITIVE about success.
Come back with some facts if you are going to try to down ramp...
