How did I know ESI was entitled to $10m if the ruling was positive?
I based it on facts that was in the public domain.
How did I know ESI got a positive ruling?
I didn't know. I said that a certificate from AusIndustry implied that they received a positive ruling...(why would they receive a certificate if the ruling was not in their favour?).
