This stinker needs some sort of dollar value to move. Further approvals and things of this nature are just going to see the SP sit at this level for some time. The R and D submission for Matmor is at the end of March and the MPA is likely to be sometime in March as well, if not later. It seems the only buyers this morning are the already converted.
