It's very interesting to see how the company's official 'clarification' is conveniently used as official ammo by the rampers to go after and attempt to discredit the company's critics.
Call it what you will, it is not a legally binding contract for construction. If it was, the SP would be well over 2c by now, IMO.
Btw, the real selling was going on well before yesterday's big dump, again imo.
