What were we told the board of NMDC actually approved? We are proceeding apparently so they didn't say no but having read the announcement several times I am left with the impression that management couldn't be black and white in what should have been a yes or no outcome. If we are on the verge of financial close why did the sp drop? More questions than answers again.
