Indians will want cash. It's liquid and easy to repatriate. Do you really think they will want ECT shares that are worth nothing in the event that ECT walks away? I think not....
The Govt. or EFIC will take 3-4 months to approve any sort of deposit bond. I've worked with them before on numerous occasions.
Brevet is funding R&D and I doubt very much that they will fund a deposit bond... With what security??
Maybe staged funding is an option?? But it really doesn't seem like the Indians have any desire to work with us in a mutually beneficial way so I think that is simply wishful thinking.
