If they think the majority of ELF holder would payout
on what they have delivered so far,their on the piss.
Also if current options holders expire another ELF program??
For their own benefit of course.So far their
offered nothing except excuses, excuses, excuses, ans 3 yrs late!
If u think management are on top of things --your in the minority,
as even the true believers are losing faith.When someone keeps
throwing rubbish, dung in your garden for 5yrs,and you keep asking them 
for clarification and they keep doing it--their not listening!!
Sometimes its not what they dont say, its what keeps happening
and they say nothing and keeping defending the rubbish!!
Hope that clears it up, they deserve a pay rise, as they keep straight faces!!
