Reading through today's announcement, having the RCA "frozen", and allowing the project to progress is a big positive.

The project pathway, 5 of the 6 deliverable's look pretty simple and straight forward.

ECT's obligation to have the project bond ( 3.6 Million ) ready, and working capital ( at a guess, another 2 Million ) are the keys to moving quickly onto having the RCA ratified, signed off, and reaching the key milestone of Financial Closure.

Funding has now become the immediate priority, and 7 weeks is not a lot of time.

Get it done fast.
