The b shares in ELF have 1.5 on them if you could redeem them for 0.75 cents with no or reduced interest and pay the other 0.75 cents in 12 to 18 months be ok complicated though bit of paperwork You would get your hands on your shares sell some if need be wait for the good times to roll sell more in 12 to 18 months to repay debt The deal fails to eventuate share price slides risk you take just musing
