Samfiodiving,
I was under the impression from the agm that the bond needed to be organised prior to financial close, because signing and financial close timeline is similar I don't have an issue. We have known about the bond since November so we should be close to conclusion. Does the RCA need to be amended because NMDC want the bond prior to signing?
