I believe ECT's contributions are:
- 49% of OPEX (currently estimated at $5.4m in total, so ECT needs to stump up $2.6m )
- project bond of $3.5m
- 49% of any additional OPEX
I thought ECT had finance facilities in place to cover this already, but I can't find anything in announcements.
