The only way I see them raising the cash via ELF is for them to cancel any interest and fees and simply ask the ESIOA holders to pay the 0.009. Otherwise they will need to do a capital raise at say 0.007 and dilute everyone including themselves to oblivion
$5m raised at 0.007 = 714m shares added to the register of over 4.5b.
