To be forewarned is to be forearmed, I appreciate ECT giving us the heads up in this volatile market and as a trader this is the window just b4 people straighten up their portfolios prior to the EFY..... Smart thinking !
I also believe ECT don't need the bond money right now however, to be seen to have the wheels in motion will tick a few boxes.
