IMO ...management should had done this
- ask NMDC to sign November or December
- explain them the ELF program ( if not aware )
- once MNDC had signed the SP will had make a move to 2-3 cents
- many will had convert the oppies happily.
now I will be surprised if all oppies is converted
unless some groundbreaking news come out .
