PineappleExpress, it would be helpful to understand that the project has moved from director level support to proceed to the entire NMDC board level. This has been the progress in the last meeting with NMDC. The intention was not to sign the RCA, but to ensure that all of their directors (there are many!) are on board.
We now have the entire board in agreement to close the deal by 31 March. NLC in agreement. The obstacle is now funding the bond. I think ECT are feeling the pressure now, timing wise it's tight but they understand importance of timing.
At least the obstacle is in ECT's court and not with NMDC. Hopefully the small funding requirement is sorted early this month and the stock will begin to re-rate IMO
