The company has chosen to ask shareholders.
Other companies or previous management would've gone to La Jolla Cove or other loan sharks some time late November and I will tell you from experience that ECT shareholders would be vomiting in dilution right now due to missed timelines !
This is in everyone's best interests, well those that own part of the ELF anyway... (That's the truth)
