You have no idea like why would any ELF holder convert on the B/S that management has produced with no set income for another 6 yrs+.They now rely on S/H once again because of their own inept.If they had done their job properly many would have converted already by now.
Throwing good money after bad is a bad option--in regards to what management have produced so far.
From recent ann--they do not have a clue who where, and whats going on  !!
Now your trying to say its S/H FAULT FOR THE POSITION THEY ARE IN???
