FYI no one is being asked to convert anything. ELF holders signed an agreement to take out a loan. ECT granted that loan in good faith. No one is asking them to make an investment decision. They made that decision when they agreed to take out the loan. To honour their agreement ELF holders I believe are obligated to pay out their loan. No one is forcing them to settle next month. Majority will probably settle if they are serious about their company.
As I said, do they really have a choice? What does their contract with ECT say?
