totally agree, above 2 cents I would be converting mine. When the elf was annnounced, i paid for some of the options and have been paying interest, this is the first time I haven't paid the interest yet, if NMDC gave board approval I would have paid the interest without thinking about it.
My other question is why do we have to pay a bond, surely they can have something in the RCA which gives NMDC/NLC confidence if we were to walk away they could still develop the technologies? Do we get a bond in case they walk away?
