It doesn't say a lot of things but it says finalise all actions required. What do you suppose that means? The punters of Punt road turning up with their hands over their hearts saying their word is their bond? IMO the Indians, being savvy operators unlike some other businesses I have seen, want the money down. You have to hand it to the Indians, they're really schooling this company and giving them a lesson in business they'll never forget.
The break fee could also include the working capital they have submitted but we'll wait and see.
All just IMO.
