i totally agree with you, they are very busy entities, they wouldn't even bother to answer the phone if they not really want our tech, blind freddie can see they wouldn't have us for 5 years, it shows they still keen, then obvious question arises why it talking so long, my only answer,view or understanding is , they doing in "--"Indian way" , even important government projects within india,within goverment entities also takes years, so i m not surprised at all. I don't know what else to think than this.
